These high resolution images of space scenes are matted to perfection on quality card-stock board and feature a description of the image on back.
This is a computer graphic of the Mars Rovers: Spirit and Opportunity. Spirit bounced onto Mars like a beach ball on January 4, 2004 near Gusev Crater, and has driven 7.5 km (4.7 miles) in 5 years. Opportunity bounced onto the opposite side of Mars on January 25, 2004 near Eagle Crater in the Meridiani Planum. Opportunity has driven 13.6 km (8.5 miles) in 5 years. Both rovers have
transmitted over 220, 000 photos (36 gigabytes) to Earth. Designed to last 90 days, both have been driving on Mars for 5 years!
